How much does it cost?

Our discovery calls are always free - this is just a chance for us to get to know you, your organization, and your needs. After that, we put together a personalized quote that shows exactly what services we’ll provide.

In all honesty, the price really depends on your organization and what you need. A company with 2 employees will have very different needs than one with 200, so we tailor everything to fit your situation—and your budget.

Would you ever visit my organization? Does that cost extra?

If your needs call for in-person visits, absolutely - we’re happy to come by! We’ll usually talk through this during our free discovery call and when you fill out the Client Intake Form.

If you’re located outside of New York or Texas, don’t worry - we’ll find a way to make it work, whether through virtual support or occasional travel. Our goal is to make collaborating with us easy and practical, no matter where you are.

We can do both! If your project requires hands-on support alongside guidance, we’ve got you covered. We also work with a network of trusted collaborators and resources, so if a project grows beyond our capacity, we can bring in extra help to make sure everything gets done.
